Parkour & History of Art Retreat
Florence, Italy 🇮🇹
I may be biased, but… to me, Florence is the most beautiful city on earth.
This October, I’m taking you on a 2 day experience of the city I grew up in, combining parkour, incredible food, and art history with a brilliant local art historian.
Just walking through Florence feels like you’re inside a painting and I cannot wait to show you the best spots.
what to expect
2 parkour training sessions
2 guided art history tours
A museum visit (either the Accademia or Museo del Bargello - TBC)
The best food spots (obviously)
Both museums are some of the most important in Florence (and in the world). You’re in for a treat!

Travel tip ✈️
I always recommend flying into Florence airport if you can. Pisa and Bologna also work, but you’ll need to arrive earlier in the day to account for travel time into Florence takes 1-2 hours from those airports.
See the city through the eyes of a local (me!). I’m honestly so excited about this retreat.
Florence is a truly magical city and a place I absolutely love coming back to. I love the culture, the history, the food, and it’s also where I first started parkour.
This is a very special retreat for me and I hope to give you a very special experience too.
This event is not just for women, it is open to women, men and non-binary.
You can also join if you’re not sure about the parkour training because I will either help you adapt the training to your level or you can also use that time to do more exploring!
