  • The price is £90 per month for the first month, then £49/month thereafter. 

  • No, the workouts can be done at home, outdoors or at a gym. You will need some kettlebells, dumbbells and a pull up bar for optimal results, but you can also do this programme without, as there are a lot of core exercises and plyometric drills that don’t require any equipment at all. All the parkour workouts don’t require any equipment. 

  • I would still encourage you to get started as while you are on holiday, it will feel really nice to workout and start a new routine. Inside the programme, you will find plenty of 20 minute workouts if you are short on time and the parkour challenges can be done from anywhere. Even better if you are on holiday as you can explore some new spots!

  • This programme is designed by women, for women. It includes exercises specifically focused on helping women improve in parkour: pull ups to improve your climb ups, deadlifts to improve your jumping power and core work to help connect everything. Every exercise has video tutorials where Georgia really takes the time to explain the exercises. 

    The monthly parkour challenge gives focus to your training by providing a goal to work on and a community chat to keep you engaged and accountable.

  • No, absolutely not. You can pick and choose which workouts to do on which days. The key to this programme is the flexibility of it, meaning it can adapt to your life depending on the week.

  • Yes, you can still go to parkour classes or do other workouts. This programme can make up 100% of your weekly training or less, for example 50% of your weekly training, depending on what else you do in your week.

  • Most injuries can be worked around. Rest is fundamental to recovery, but if, for example, you have an ankle injury, you can still work on increasing your upper body strength so that when you return to parkour your climb ups and vaults are stronger.

  • 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel.

  • We will contact you within 24 hours to send you your log in for the app. There will be 3 short intro forms to fill out. Once you complete them, you will get access to the Community Forum and the On Demand workouts.

    • All online coaching plans must be paid in advance.
