Hi, I’m Georgia!
I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Parkour Coach, and Strength Coach based in London, passionate about helping people get strong and build confidence in their training.
My background is in strength training, calisthenics and parkour.
I also have a specialism in Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise and I am very passionate about helping women to train through pregnancy and after.
My online coaching programmes, help women lose weight, get seriously strong, and rediscover the joy in training.
For me, fitness isn’t about finding the perfect workout or obsessing over a rigid routine. It’s about making progress, building confidence, and realising you’re capable of far more than you ever thought.
